Cancellation Policy

The Sovereign Operator System™ and The Operator Architect™ are committed to creating a focused, intentional, and professional experience across all services, sessions, programs, and engagements. By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to the following: • Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. • Appointments or sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. • Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows are non-refundable. • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Arriving late may reduce the available session time in order to respect existing scheduling commitments. • Clients are responsible for ensuring they are prepared to participate in scheduled sessions, including maintaining any necessary internet connection, technology access, or communication capability where applicable. • Services, programs, assessments, and advisory engagements are designed to provide strategic guidance, frameworks, and support. Outcomes may vary based on participation, implementation, and individual circumstances. • Respectful communication and professional conduct are expected throughout all interactions and engagements. • Policies, pricing, availability, and service structures may be updated periodically as the platform and ecosystem evolve. By completing a booking, purchase, or registration, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these terms.
