The Benchmark Failure Clinic™ is a bounded AI benchmark diagnostic for founders, evaluation leaders, and model-quality teams that need to determine whether a concerning result reflects the task, evidence, rubric, grader, workflow, platform, or model. We focus on one consequential evaluation workflow. The engagement includes: • 30-minute sponsor intake • Evidence-light preparation using redacted, synthetic, or non-sensitive materials • 90-minute working session • Written executive readout within three business days You leave with a Failure Map, Decision-Risk Statement, Priority Control Plan, 30-Day Stabilization sequence, and Executive Readout—so your team can correct the cause before rerunning, scaling, shipping, or making a consequential decision. This founding-pilot engagement is designed for teams building or deploying consequential AI evaluations. Fit and scope are confirmed before the engagement is accepted.
Cancellation Policy
The Sovereign Operator System™ and The Operator Architect™ are committed to creating a focused, intentional, and professional experience across all services, sessions, programs, and engagements. By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to the following: • Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. • Appointments or sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. • Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows are non-refundable. • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Arriving late may reduce the available session time in order to respect existing scheduling commitments. • Clients are responsible for ensuring they are prepared to participate in scheduled sessions, including maintaining any necessary internet connection, technology access, or communication capability where applicable. • Services, programs, assessments, and advisory engagements are designed to provide strategic guidance, frameworks, and support. Outcomes may vary based on participation, implementation, and individual circumstances. • Respectful communication and professional conduct are expected throughout all interactions and engagements. • Policies, pricing, availability, and service structures may be updated periodically as the platform and ecosystem evolve. By completing a booking, purchase, or registration, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these terms.
